Marvel MCU Continuity-Hash.. (Spiderman vs MCU)
Discussion
Hi

There are a few continuity problems, thoughts and ideas I would like to share.. hope that's okay.

Venom

Venom (Tom Hardy) in the MCU is a BIG continuity problem.. skipping over the proper origin story for now, which I'll come back to.. there has been no reference to any MCU activity, or 'venomverse' activity in either movies. Being upfront.. I really enjoyed Venom, so much that I bought it on YT movies. What they did get right was the good dynamic between Eddie and Venom (the Klyntar).. with Tom's acting being excellent.

You could explain away *some* of the events in either movie realm.. but not *the snap*, which took place 6 months before Venom was set. (Avengers infinity War: April 2018/Venom: October 2018).

If.. IF the producers had set the Venom movie in 2008, they would have given themselves time to play with (Iron Man: May 2008).. now someone could say this would leave them with too much time, but too much time apart can be explained away.. too little time is much much harder to explain without insulting the audience.

The original Eddie Brock story is very high quality.. what we got was a hashup with all the best bits missing, there is not way to fix this that I can think of..

Problems: Eddie loses his job due to Peter Parker. The Klyntar was bonded to Peter BEFORE it was bonded to Eddie. Eddie gets dumped by his long term GF due to losing his job.

Eddie and Venom are driven by vengeance, Spider-Man rejected the Klyntar, Spider-Man 'caused' Eddie to lose both his job and the love of his life.

Removing these things rips the heart out motivation for this character and we are left with just another monster movie.. a good one I'll grant you, but one that didn't need to be Venom and could have been any monster.

Three Times the Spider-Man

I'm all for each of the previous Spider-Man (men?) returning.. Tobey MaGuire, Andrew Garfield and now Tom Holland.. Tobey MaGuire's Venom was Topher Grace (which I'll come to later). Tom Holland even though we are in the same era.. can't have Tom Hardy's Venom as outlined above, so by process of elimination, Tom Hardy must be Andrew Garfield's Venom.

Topher Grace is *perfect* for Peter Parker/Spider-Man.. he looked awful as Eddie.. Eddie Brock who is a 6ft+ blond hair quarterback looking dude. (Sony really should work that into the story.. Tom Hardy's Eddie is blond but dyes his hair or something)

The poster in the teaser for the Morbius movie was a mistake (by one of the Sony staff).. it was Tobey MaGuire's Spider-Man.

Soo..

Tom Holland's Spider-Man = MCU > Vulture must then = MCU > Morbius must then also = MCU.. but Tobey MaGuire poster.. hmm.

IF there are any refs to Venom and or Carnage in Morbius.. this leads to even more problems.

Topher Grace *would have* made an excellent Ben Reilly Scarlet Spider in Tobey MaGuire's reality.. they look similar enough.. however with him playing Venom there this could never be.

Is there a way out?

Yes.. I think so.

As I said.. Tom Hardy's Venom must be Andrew Garfield's Venom, so if we said it's set there instead of the MCU.. this is an 'out'.. but I have a bigger way out than just that..

MCU + X-Men

So.. let's take a trip of imagination.. WHAT IF.. Scarlet Witch had removed all mutants? Not just removed them but ensured they never existed?.. So original timeline:

X-Men were around, Fantastic Four.. and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man with Tom Hardy's Venom. The vision of deaths experienced by Thor and Tony Stark happened in that reality.. but not by Thanos but by mutants.. Scarlet Witch 'no more mutants'. In Logan.. mutants had disappeared long ago and no one knew why..

What if.. Bruce Banner was unknowingly 'too general' with his 'bring everyone back'.. bringing back the X-Men and Fantastic Four (loved those two movies btw) and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man and Tom Hardy's Venom..

I don't know if this is a *good* workaround.. but it's a workaround nonetheless, or the writers can present a hollowed out shell to us.

They *could* do the Venom origin story in reverse.. where Tom Holland's Spider-Man gets the Klyntar, but again.. *the snap* is missing from the Venom movie, you can't have that if Venom was already in the MCU.

Ultimately, it would be smart for Sony to make Venom as part of Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man.. keeping that reality separate so they have an 'out' in case things ever got choppy again with Marvel.. but likewise.. they should pretty much give Tom Holland's Spider-Man to Marvel.. as (I hear) Sony are splitting up each IP into their own series.. of which there's quite a few.. The Amazing Spider-Man, The Spectacular Spider-Man, The Sensational Spider-Man, The Astonishing Spider-Man.. they should pick one and sell it Marvel.. either for cheap with an unlimited contract of say 5% of all sales when this character is used in a movie or sell one of the Spiders outright..

Of course as a Marvel fan I would like to see all Marvel characters back with Marvel and so within the MCU.. but that doesn't make good business sense for Sony.

Whichever one they picked (except Amazing as this is Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man) then that would be Tom Holland's moniker Spider-Man.

TBH.. I'm not a big fan of Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man, but now that time has past and Sony have learned their lessons on what to do and what not to do.. I feel much more confident they could produce an excellent flick.

Of course Sam Raimi's/Tobey MaGuire's Spider-Man is a classic.. and it would be great to see Peter B. Parker in live-action again.. 15 years older and further on in Spidey's story.

And again TBH.. I would love to see Sony do a comic book accurate universe (except The Clone Saga which is very convoluted) getting everyone's origins right is very much essential to why people felt for their character.. I know for me it was upsetting to see Eddie Brock have so much of his backstory ripped out of him.. so for the MCU, we should have our own Venom with the story properly told.

One last thing.. I totally want to see Topher Grace as Spider-Man/The Scarlet Spider.. it would be great to give him his own movie series.. we start with Peter Parker, just a normal Spider-Man movie.. we have the Clone Saga.. say a trilogy.. but after that instead of picking up with Spider-Man, the sequels are The Scarlet Spider..

Thanks for reading this rather long post, I hope you enjoyed my ideas and thoughts.. and the problems made you think too.

The Red Elephant in the room.. (NF Marvel)

Hi

I'm Dava .. I enjoy sharing ideas, even just to get them out of my head.. and a section of my brain's processing power goes to thinking about Marvel Movies and TV.. the MCU.
Netflix + MCU was a diluted cocktail.. great shows of course! But the involvement with the *actual* MCU was.. pretty much non-existent. Not just that.. Hulu and ABC too.. Disney & Marvel seem to have had an aversion to involving these programmes in the wider MCU..

Well .. we know now know why.. Disney+. And y'know what.. that's fine but.. because they sold these shows as MCU.. they can NEVER recast the characters and can NEVER use them again.. unless they act quickly, let me explain..

When you make a contract with someone your goods have to be accurate.. these shows were not MCU and so this breaks the contract.. however I imagine that it's *very* hard to prove such a thing has happened in this context.. however if Disney/Marvel, recast and ignored all the backstory of those characters.. then Hulu ABC and Netflix have a case against them.

What would I suggest Disney/Marvel do?

Give each show a farewell movie.. with the exception of the NF Marvel which I would like to see expanded.. have a Daredevil Disney+ Movie with Charlie Cox et~al Jessica Jones Movie with Kristen Ritter et~al and a (Mike Colter/Finn Jones) Heroes for Hire movie.. then finally a Defenders Movie.

And if these characters should ever be used again for *anything*.. movies or TV.. it's the same actor, same running story.

There would be an easy way for Disney/Marvel to do all this.. we took a break from NF Marvel.. but that doesn't need to mean the characters did.. we could start with the snap, placing the last scene we saw of Daredevil at the same time as the snap..

I haven't mentioned Punisher.. which I'll come to now.. he was somewhat even isolated from even the NF Marvel shows.. would it be great if instead of a farewell movie.. Disney/Marvel did one off Disney+ movie per year for the Bernthal Punisher?

Whilst is it is reported that the MCU is 'going more galactic' which I am very enthused to see.. NF Marvel was more street level heroes.. in fact now I think about it.. I might enjoy a Disney+ movie a year for the NF Marvel characters.. from each of the ones mentioned.

Potentially unpopular opinion but.. Cloak and Dagger/Runaways was not of the same high quality as the NF Marvel shows.. it's not that the shows were bad, they had good stories and good acting.. just not enough money was spent on their production.

NF was spending a fortune on the NF Marvel shows.. two weeks after the shows were cancelled.. NF announced they *suddenly* had $200 million they found down the side of the couch.. draw your own conclusions.. Disney doesn't need to pay Disney for licencing fees.. so the money could be spent on the show and not to another party.

Imagine the power Marvel would/will/could give its writers should they have access to ALL Marvel characters.. but not just some slim shadow puppet, but characters who have their movies in living flesh and bone that fans already know..

February 2021 the IP embargo for Marvel ends..

but as early as October 2020 Disney/Marvel could go into talks with Charlie Cox et~al..

I know Disney+ is designed for mass appeal.. however imho The NF Netflix, while a little raunchy, isn't R-18 or R.. but should be rated around R-15.. keeping it open for teen/adult viewing, while giving a more adult offering for evening time chill..

I hope you enjoyed this rather long post and my thoughts made you think also.

Ways Claire Temple's Character Could Be Exited..

As we feel a build up in the background, from the whole Marvel Netflix Roster MCU, centering around Claire Temple, and 'who REALLY is she?' I'd like to put forth some exits for her character.. I already put forwards 'Rainbow She-Hulk' which is my preference, but let's run through some ideas.

If Claire is already 'special' there are multiple reasons she would hide being a Hulk from everyone, and many reasons she would seek out others who were special. She would be more confident she couldn't kill them if she lost her temper, she would feel akin to them, being around other special people makes her feel less alone in her specialness.

Genetics

An as of yet unnamed power, she has yet to share with the group.

Rand Armor Suit

If she is not to be 'special' in the sense of having Hulk, mutant or inhuman abilities, but remain human, she will be in regular danger as a human, the team will wish to protect her, and what better way than for Rand Industries to make her own Iron-Lady suit?

White Tiger

White Tiger is a character I am unfamiliar with, however, she is support for both Luke Cage and Iron Fist in the comics. She is a ninja who channels the power of a Great Tiger through a mystical talisman.

Amalgam

I think if the two above ideas, Rand Power Armor + White Tiger were combined into a character..'Steel Tiger' it would be a cool way to exit her. CGI cost would be through the roof, so, I guess not, but still.. use the style of White Tiger but in a Rand Power Suit.  I can clearly visualize her hand having 5 backwards facing claws popping out from each finger. It would be cool of Netflix to let Marvel in, and make them 50/50 partners on the rights, cementing a friendly working relationship, money could be made via her own comic as well as via netflix revenue, but again this is a huge investment that might not pay off. NF = we own the TV and movie rights. Marvel = we own the comic, physical printing rights. we both are in agreement amicability of use for the other party use for movies, tv and print, but those rights can't be sold or transferred to other parties. ..me? just give me credit in the ending titles :D 'inspired by David Shaw's Steel Tiger' or make the lead scientist/engineer who develops the suit 'David Shaw'. kikaz!

Cons

Like I said putting Claire in any kind of power suit would cost a small fortune and pretty much wipe out NF's budget, so that would be too prohibitive.

Making her a straight up White Tiger is repetitive.. we already have loads of ninjas, we don't need any more to make the series roster boring. We already have the right balance.. making Claire yet another ninja is an imbalancing unimaginative way to exit her character.

Viable

I think Rainbow She-Hulk is the most viable due to the low cost* and the fact it can be already present. it instantly makes Claire a character with more depth that she has been hiding such a huge secret of being a Hulk this whole time. Her previous heightened emotional states could be retconned into having discipline, also being terrified of the 'monster' inside and not knowing if 'it' would also kill friends. I mean she was cool-as-a-cucumber while Misty was almost bleeding out.. discipline.

Universal own the distribution rights to Hulk movies, but so long as he is adjoining movies like the Avengers, Universal doesn't get a say in the character rights. I imagine this would be the same for She-Hulk.. so long as she doesnt have her own solo series, then yes Marvel can sell the TV rights to Netflix.

I think an interesting twist could be that Claire never reveals how she became She-Hulk, but for the insightful listener, I would put 4 easter eggs across the Defenders series like : 1. I used to have a boyfriend called Sam. 2. I had an ex who used to stalk me 3. I don't like going in cages 4. I had an ex who thought he was the smartest person in the world.. I showed him he was wrong.

The story hidden here is, Claire used to date Samuel Sterns, when Claire entered medical school Sam became afraid she would be tempted by the Doctors in to infidelity, Claire had feelings for Sam but felt due to her moving away.. also his actions putting more pressure on her during an intense time of study in her life, she decided to break it off with him, it made her sad, as Sam wasn't a bad guy, it was just a bad situation and not his fault.

A year passes, and Claire sees Sam outside of the college she waves to him but gets nothing in return, then the next day outside of her dorm room window then again and again. She phones the police and that's the last time she sees Sam for around 10 years until.. after he became' The Leader'.

Two weeks after Sam becomes the Leader, he kidnapped Claire and locked her in a cage. He intents to keep her as his pet..but Claire is smart.. smart enough to trick him into fantasizing about them being together as a 'real couple'. She even goes as far to 'prove it' in encouraging him to give the same gamma treatment to her as he received. And he does.. then as we already know what happens when you make a hulk angry..

Claire escapes and tells no-one. Samuel is still alive unbeknownst to Claire, who thinks she has killed him by the beating she administered. One month later.. she meets Matt.

A Netflix Scarlet Spider.. or a Study in Red and Blue

Hi guys

Pretty new to blogging on here but.. I blog a few places, do it for fun, hope you enjoy my articles.

Long ago in the mists of time, Sony bought out pretty much all of Marvel's Spider-Man roster, with one major exception, the character I consider the best Spider-Man except Peter Parker himself, Ben Reilly.

When I found out a couple of months ago, I just laughed out loud, thinking how great it'd be for Topher Grace to be our Netflix Scarlet-Spider, he was perfect for the role, and his stint as Venom/Eddie Brock should only serve to encourage us, as we seen how the casting director got it so wrong and so right at the same time. It must have been a subconscious thought 'hey he would fit in here great!' but not as Eddie Brock, whose character is 6 foot + and built like a 'quarterback'. No..Topher was perfect for a main cast Spider-Man.. he had the look in spades, as Ben Reilly, Topher could take all the pain of having hollywood reject his big screen super-debut and all humor he naturally has.. and pour that into the Scarlet-Spider and make Ben something ..special.

For those new to the Scarlet-Spider, his history is, Doc Connors in an attempt to cure Peter of the Spider bite, as the radiation was killing him, took some blood samples from Peter, these blood samples ended up being used to make around 40 to 50 clones of Peter Parker/Spider-Man .. many many of them were evil, with the exception of only 5 who were good like Peter. The one most like Peter was.. Ben.

Ben still has a sense of humor, like Peter whereas the other clones do not, Ben's humor is a little darker but still only Spider-Man dark, Ben can't shoot webbing out of his wrists but instead uses cartridges he would refill with a webbing fluid that would expand on impact*. Stingers which would paralyze targets, and all the other abilities Peter has. He wears a blue Spider hoodie over his totally red Spider costume.

See the reason Sony didn't pick up the option in my humble opinion is.. Scarlet Spider is much later in Peter's storyline, so figuring they would never need this as most movies are a trilogy, they passed on the option. BUT, it's an MCU.. so if Netflix says something happened, it happened, and Sony have to incorporate* that into their movie. Marvel should just employ a continuity director to relay the relevant information and keep everyone on the same page, if they don't already, to keep all customers happy.

Instead of having The Jackal (optioned by Sony) clone Peter Parker, we could have Morbius the Vampire from the Blade films (New Line Cinema/Warner Bros) WB who are probably looking to dump much of their Marvel options due to being to very tight and BFF with DC for nearly 30 years, yeah, I could see how that story would work:

Some vamps unwittingly steal some blood from a unnamed* lab, the blood has strange effects on them and they get sick, Morbius finds out about this and uses his resources to clone a batch of humans from the remaining strange blood, some of the clones escape.. and one is.. Ben Reilly.

We first meet Ben much later after these events as he 'bumps' into The Defenders, and they are told back to us in flashes, as his memory is much jumbled.

One flash is when Ben first meets Luke Cage, Luke says 'Hey I used to own a hoodie like that.' : Hit by a bulldozer while escaping we see from his foggy eyes looking up from the ground Claire Temple asking.. 'are you okay??.. tell me what's your name?' answering 'I think, I think .. it's Ben' she helps him home, her home, as he doesn't know where he lives and cares for him. A week goes by and he starts to feel stronger, she gives him one of Luke Cages old hoodies, it's a blue one with a Spider on the chest, one of the sleeves is missing so Ben removes the other sleeve.

I may not win any prizes for originality, but a well told story is just as compelling as an original one.

Well I hope you enjoyed my thoughts and ideas on a Netflix Scarlet-Spider, since Sony seem to be making the Iron-Spider storyline, would be nice to have a more traditional Spider too

peace

Dava

===========

+Now the MCU Spider-Man has cartridges also. Unlike Modern-age Spider-Man with Bio-webbing which I prefer as it   fits with the character.

+Sony have to suck it up and put it in their movie. hard cheese style. much hard cheese.

+Doc Connors couldn't be used as he is optioned by Sony.

+ I like the idea of the Iron-Spider story for the movies, but I also like the idea of a traditional Spider-Man. I like both. .. and we could have both.

The work itself (the story) sets us up for having Morbius as a major villain, also having Blade be a kind of sidekick/part time associate of Scarlet Spider.. the reference at the top im now reconn-ing as 'Morbius and his 'brood' are the hidden killers'. Defenders will need many different bad guys other than The Hand, I'm sure we will get Kingpin too at some point, but having Morbius and a whole army of vampires.. yeh I think there are stories there to be told. If Wesley Snipes was willing we could bring him in, and even all of the Blade Trilogy into the MCU, as they didn't contradict the MCU. What a boon that would be for netflix!.. and people would be rewatching the Blade trilogy, as 'NF Scarlet Spider' Blade made references to the trilogies.. its really win-win.

Also the physical nature of DareDevil and Iron First, in the sense they are essentially ninja-based, and the brawling action of Jessica Jones and Luke Cage, Scarlet Spider fits directly between these two milieu. So very few extra CGI production costs. web slinging/fighting would be it, unlike many many movies with unending budgets these days who just CGI the character from suit-up to change back.

Thanks to Carl Lee over at Screen Rant for the following table.

http://screenrant.com/marvel-comics-movies-characters/

Sony Pictures

Spider-Man: Spider-Man/Peter Parker, Doctor Octopus/Otto Octavius, Green Goblin/Norman Osborn, (New) Green Goblin/Harry Osborn, [The Lizard]/Dr. Curt Connors, Sandman/Flint Marko, Venom/Eddie Brock Jr., Vulture, Mysterio, Kraven the Hunter, Black Cat/Felicia Hardy, Silver Sable, Electro/Max Dillon, Rhino, Carnage/Cletus Kasady, Sinister Six, Shocker, Chameleon, The Gentleman, Dr. Ashley Kafka, Beetle, Betty Brant, Dennis Carradine (Buglar), J. Jonah Jameson, Ben Parker, May Parker, John Jameson, Joseph “Robbie” Robertson, Gwen Stacy, Mary Jane Watson, Mendel Stromm, Flash Thompson, Allistair Smythe, Spider-Slayers, Miles Warren/Jackal.

UPDATE 19/06/2017 :

With Sony using the 'Scarlet Spider' style hoodie and look in 'Spiderman: Homecoming' does that mean they *now* own the rights to the Scarlet Spider? I was super disappointed to see this, and meaning we wouldn't get our own NF Scarlet Spider TV Show, it was reported on EmergencyAwesome YT Channel, that Sony will make a 'Spiderverse' keeping it separate but conjoined to the MCU, what this means for fans is kinda vague to say the least, but it *may* mean, they will not interlink all the events of the Spiderverse to the MCU, but only *some* events, keeping Tom Holland as the 'Avengers Spiderman' but the rest, with the exception of Venom, who *may* show up in the MCU is popular enough, but the rest are to be excluded.

What does this mean for the Scarlet Spider..? I don't know. If Sony finally locked down Scarlet Spider in a deal and then don't use him.. I'm going to be pretty mad, as that means there were other interested parties, for example possibly NF, and they locked him in a deal to STOP other parties using him, besides a TV show would TONS better than a movie, the Defenders needs A SPIDEY, and not stupid Kaine, who while being a badaz clone, was humorless.. the ONLY spidey clone who was like Peter (be funny, had life inside him) was Ben. The first Spiderverse Spiderman installment is a Trilogy, with an extra Venom and then Black Cat and Silver Sable team-up movie. More seemed to be planned.

Defenders..

Defenders List

(see half way down the page for Rainbow She-Hulk)

DareDevil

Jessica Jones

Luke Cage

Iron Fist

Punisher

Claire Temple (Hopefully She-Hulk)

Support Team (with special abilities)

Electra (Ninja + Black Sky)

Stick (Ninja + The Chaste)

Misty Knight (Police + Bionic)

Colleen Wing (Ninja + Former Hand)

Support Team (without special abilities)

Jeri Hogarth

Foggy Nelson

Karen Page

Malcolm Ducasse

Trish Walker

With Jeri Hogarth acting something like Professor X to the Defenders. I was surprised Joy and Ward Meacham wouldn't be supporting Iron Fist in the Defenders. Hmm, I kinda hope Danny Rand funds the Punisher to make him a bit like Iron Man with a suit of armor, but then again that might ruin the Punisher theme of; 1 man 1 gun = 1 shot 1 kill. But we do need a tech person, to fill that gap. Will Micro be a good guy or a villain? Could Micro fill this spot with a suit of armor?

Does anyone else 'feel' like this whole thing is really Claire Temple's story, and we're just getting to see parts of it, like there's a huge build up happening? That all the NF Marvel series, are being woven into a secret story about Claire.

I'm not saying she isn't already talented, flip even the support team without special abilities are smart as they are, but when her mother said 'you hang around with these special people hoping some of it will rub off on you'

Isn't that a clear indication of where they want to take Claire Temple's character?

DareDevil = Captain America

Jessica Jones = Thor

Luke Cage = Hulk? Thor?

Iron Fist = Doctor Strange/Scarlet Witch

Punisher = Hawkeye

Claire Temple= Hopefully She-Hulk

Do we need two 'Hulks', I think so, we don't have much in the way of 'Raw Firepower' also giving Claire a random personality, mixes things up like the Avengers do when Bruce 'Hulks-Out'. Rand industies *could* build her an Iron-Woman suit and exit her character storyline that way, but wouldn't it be better to see Jessica and Luke having to take her down when she loses it? Wouldn't it be easier to have Danny teach her how to controler her emotions? And Matt teach her how to be disciplined? This way creates fuel for stories and has bubbling under the surface potentional humor*.

Rainbow She-Hulk

About Rosario's She-Hulk, we could have a 'rainbow' She-Hulk, never knowing which colour Hulk Claire would pop into..

Red = Stronger than grey, but a little more morally ambiguous, less heroic more violent/sexual with normal intelligence and mostly normal personality. Size: Medium.

Orange/Dark Yellow = Power (Strength, Speed) increases exponentially in sunlight, until Orange She-Hulk hits critical mass when she burns herself out and reverts back to Claire Temple. Slightly dumber, forgets medical training but retains personality traits, except at higher levels when she becomes ultra-violent. Size: starts Large and near maximum levels of sunlight; Huge.

Green = Dumb but ultra aggressive, probably the strongest, except for Orange. Size: Large.

Dark Cyan (Blue-Green mix) = Unique to Claire Temple, third strongest, has super speed, same intelligence, but is morally more heroic.Size: Medium.

Grey/Indigo = Smart, even smarter than usual, morally the same as Claire except has an interest in making money 'on the side' aka betting. Weakest Hulk of this size, but still strong. Size: Medium.

Purple/Violet = Unique to Claire Temple, ultra intelligent IQ well over 200, impenetrable skin like Luke Cage. But no special strength abilities. Has great agility, including a slower type of super speed. Size: as Claire.

I realize some of these Hulks would be OP (Over Powered) so these have a couple of catches to each one, as the saying goes 'burn half as bright for twice as long OR burn twice as bright for half as long'. This would apply to Claire Temple's She-Hulk.. in order of duration, longest to shortest like the above:

Green (longest) = Indefinite as long as she can keep her anger.

Grey = up to 2 months, can change back at will. Refuses to do so without being paid.

Red = up to 1 month, can change back at will. Refuses to do so on request.

Dark Cyan = up to 1 week. can change back at will.

Purple (Shortest) up to 2 hours. Claire is then nauseous for 1 hour after.

With Orange it would depend on the amount of sunlight, in normal circumstances (not a sunny day, overcast) Claire can last as long as the Red She-Hulk, on a sunny day, like Purple She-Hulk, and at night she will stay as long as she doesn't burn herself out, but is much weaker even becoming nauseous due to lack of sunlight.

Bruce's Hulk is around 8 feet tall, from what I am gathering traditionally, Bruce gains 1.4x height, Mark Ruffalo is 5'8 and his Hulk is 7'11, Rosario's height is 5'7 so in green Hulk form she would be 7'9 (almost 7'10)*.

Size:

Normal = 5' 7 1.0x

Medium = 7'3 1.3x

Large   = 7' 9 4/5ths 1.4x

Huge   = 8' 4 1/2 1.5x

Each time she becomes a Hulk, she needs to revert to Claire Temple before becoming a new colour, she can't compound abilities or 'level up' super saiyan style each colour of Hulk. In the beginning we wouldn't know what triggers her.. but she is triggered by very high levels of:  Anger = Green, Confusion = Grey, Sexual Desire and Intimacy = Red, Disappointment = Dark Cyan, Hopelessness/Despair = Purple, Loneliness = Orange.

I thought it presumptuous to outright name her, but I feel I have done enough work to give her the proper title..

.. 'Rainbow She-Hulk'. ROYGBIV

Dava4444 (talk) 20:59, April 29, 2017 (UTC)

+ We need not trope-out Claires emotions but instead I envision a running gag where Claire says '..oh I don't feel well' everyone stops in dead silence, eyes focused on Claire and the room takes one step back.

+it would be possible to bring down the CGI production costs by using a Lou Ferrigno-style stand in body double for She-Hulk, like model Elisany Silva or Caroline Welz. And we wouldn't need to hide the physical changes from Claire to She-Hulk, even with the body double doing some acting, as the Hulk does change physically (voice personality, everything). I could easily see, Elisany Silva being Red, Cyan, Grey She-Hulk, and Caroline being Orange and Green.
