*Supra is a variant imho. And Deluxe is also used for Supremes but stripped down ones
* the SG3 came in a special standard and custom variant, but was basically a deluxe in that it was experimental and meant to slightly compete with the SG standard, but for less money.
Deluxes are traditionally experimental. it is only recently that Gibson have begun using this Model on their SG types.

What would I do if I were Gibson CEO?

Juniors and Melody Makers, Specials, Standards and Customs of each body type.

Studios I think, were intended to be for the studio only hence their name, and so not at all decorative. This has verged wildly. On Studios, I would have coil splits, cap and bass cut switches so you can get any tone when you are in the Studio, like the Deluxes, but Deluxes should be decorative, like Studio + Decoration, nice MOP inlays like the Standard, but the Deluxe < > Diamond.

Professionals and Artists should be this equivalent but to the Custom, being even more decorative than the Standard, again, many switching options. IMHO they should have model optional Floyd Roses.

Supreme, being all these things and flame maple/quilt maple tops, and all switching options.

The Studios are the experimental Specials. With the Specials having light decoration and the studios having almost none. The moons illustrated above are to represent 'working all night' in a studio. with only the headstock, 5th 12th and 17th fret having any decoration. EG.. a 'SG Studio' would have no scratchplate and the pickups with be screwed into the wood with a rubber or foam balancer, 4 speed knobs and no disc to indicate the pick selection. Often the wood would not be stained at all, just a light coat of sealer and then the hard gloss is applied. If you don't like the look of it.. put stickers on it hehe. It's a studio, its not meant to look good, its meant to perform! If you want something better looking, then buy the SG Special ;) 

The Deluxes are to compete with the Standards, except with experimental switching options (coil splits/ unusual pickups and configs, like single coil sized humbuckers + 24 frets).

The Professionals do something similar to the Deluxes, but as mentioned are to compete with the Custom but up the game seriously, with Piezo undersaddle acoustic style pickups or with MIDI and USB, all offered with optional Floyd Rose or hard tail at *no extra cost*. No flame maple top on the Professional, but optional extra of decorative MOP vines on the fretboard at cost.

The Artist being highly decorative and having greater switching options than the Standard, with Flame Maple Cap (at least 1/4 inch thick) fretboard vine or or hearts or ivy or tigers climbing a tree or puppies/kittens playing, if ordered from an online retailer you will get one that they send, but as an extra incentive to buy direct from Gibson, Gibson will let you choose one of the 5. By doing this kind of thing, I am *making* Gibson EARN their money instead of just sitting back and charging 3 Grand* for basically nothing more than a standard.

Putting the 'Custom' back into 'Custom'.. I'd let people order online what they wanted their Custom to be, from a set of both traditional options and Decoration options. That's it.. your guitar how you like it.

The Supreme being as the above, but instead having access or ALL the RANGE options, every. single. one.

I'm a christian traditionalist (and so is my fiancee, she is Asian Latino).

In the West third generation feminism has spoiled and corrupted women, sometime around the 1980's second generation feminists completed the work started by the suffragettes in the 1850's. It was *then* they should have stopped. From that point on all they have sown is disharmony, selfishness and gender law-bias. There is a saying 'technology for technology's sake'.. after the completion of the work, the following banner waving became 'feminism for feminism's sake'. an unending social club for womens .. a football team that all women are indoctrinated into from birth that they should be privileged.

No wonder Western men now seek out countries that have first and second generation feminism when looking for a mate, and not the evil female supremacy of the third. A woman's nature is meant to compliment a man's nature, not destroy it by making them effeminate* and afraid to speak.Most western men act like the eunuchs of old around their partners. Indocterend by western society from birth. I cannot even watch a western movie without at some point a feminist agenda rammed down my throat. OK OK.. we get it, you don't need us anymore.. we'll go elsewhere gladly!

It's respect. Men are paid in respect and women are paid in attention. For women, rape is forced sexual congress and being made to surrender their body (rem there is a seal on female virginity for a reason). For men, rape I feel takes a equally disturbing, but very different turn. If a woman is in a relationship with a man, say married, then cheats and bares another man's child, and *her husband* raises the child without knowing, a cuckoo, then that woman is akin to a murderer in my opinion. Many men kill themselves after this happens. And the woman.. she just walks away..

For women rape is bodily. for men rape is 'financial emotional investment' and 'value of self' lost.

Because you see.. it's in a man nature to strive for respect. It is the core of his being, men will work harder longer if they think it will get them a woman they love. Men will work harder to achieve respect from his children, from his wife. If she pays him the respect she owes him, that he earned from her already, then he will care about his investment in her emotions and listen to her, even picking up on her facial expressions.  But all that is gone now, it's lost. Why? becuase of 30 years of third gen feminists busy spoiling women over men, robbing men of being themselves. WHY ARE WOMEN AFRAID TO GO OUT AT NIGHT? RAPE? HAHA..no. it is your nature, you were born with it, it the reason you might seek out a mate that is not afraid. The same why my nature is when I imagine some stranger coming in my house at night and me bashing his brain in. it's my nature. Feminists; you can intellectualize all you like.. but if women are afraid at night and you keep blaming rape, eventually you will be found out by being proven wrong.

Too many women in the west act like men, and too many men act like women.. I could write more on this, but why bother? i'll just not go to the west and leave western women with the men who didn't feel they had a choice but to marry inside their own country and put up with all the female privilege.

Recently a western journalist made a video about all the things that arab men have.. it sounded amazing! You were showing a starving man a banquet!.. becuase all the things the arab men have.. the western women have here too!.. if you don't do as she says.. she threatens to divorce you and take all your stuff. Even if you have a simple fight, she might go and cheat on you becuase she doesn't have to respect you. If she becomes unhappy for whatever reason and you are still happy..she will tell you to get out of your house becuase 'she's leaving you'. crazy! women here are.. i'll just say it: 'evil and don't know it'.

The 'human' thing to do is: she leaves and wants nothing. expects no friendship.

Let's talk about the advent of modern feminism.. firstly I'm a christian traditionalist. It's what makes me feel that the universe has some part of it for me, it's an opinion but also an emotional concern, one I cannot live without.

I was much like most men.. a boiled frog in the scalding hot water of modern feminism.Until I got to experience a country that had only first and second generation feminists, and got to see what it was like to be *cared* for and *valued* as a man. My whole life, which I thought was normal, I had never experienced the company of a feminine woman, and suddenly I was surrounded by caring women. This as you might imagine opened my eyes to what the world was 25 to 30 years ago, with second generation feminism.

The West is ruined now.. its a train wreck of society, crashed somewhere on the side of 'Silent Hill' a nightmare. I believe in dignity for women.. these are our sisters our daughters our mothers aunts grandmothers..Second Generation was the completion of the work started by the suffragette movement, completed sometime around the 1980s.

Q :What purpose is Third Generation Feminism?

A: To rob men.

It's very simple, once the work was completed they continued.. hoisting the banner for their cause.. whether they realized it was done or not, didn't seem as important to them, as to have it all.

It the nature of a man, to strive for respect, it is NOT in a woman's nature, a woman's nature is to seek community and personal security. they NEED that.. its written in to their emotions, just as much as men need prestige respect..men abhore humiliation, it is the opposite of a man's nature.

Q: Do I rule my wife with an iron fist?

A: No, in fact she has a lot of choice in our relationship, I do reserve the last say in something, and I tell her to cover up because it humiliates me when she goes around uncovered outside. Showing other men what should be kept secret for me.

She pays me the respect I earned from her. Which is what Third Generation Feminists are taught not to do now.. ' you don't need a man' and so his value and efforts are less. often made a joke by feminist women.

Third Generation Feminism is a horrible social experiment.. to see how much torment men can take. everywhere I go.. every movie I watch .. has some feminist message about how low value men are, and how great strong attractive women are.

They should have stopped in the 1980s. they had everything that was fought for. This is IT.. this was what men had! we didn't have anything else greater than you, but what we had you took anyway and laughed at us for yielding. that sums up Third Gen Feminism today.. The Feminazi.. an evil fascist ideology, besetting western men with very very slow slavery.

Q: But how can you compare the two, fascism and feminism?

A: An ideology with a sole purpose of promoting an agenda, regardless of facts and empirical evidence. Use of propaganda to forward said ideals again regardless of facts and empirical evidence.
A World Order agenda that seeks to destroy opposing opinions, regardless of democracy or free speech.

I think you are getting where I am coming from.. and the feminists do not need to kill anyone as long as they get their way. If they do not like a man.. they divorce him, regardless of his investment with her.

Such woman; abandoners and cuckoos.. are like rapists and murderers to me. To abandon family for self satisfaction?? Men live miserable lives, they need comfort to be happy, so they invest time with a woman who is meant to give them comfort for the rest of their lives. but no longer. It's just not worth the effort..and so something is broken.

Women who cheat and bear a child to another, and the husband raises the child as a lie. such a woman should get life in jail.

Children thrive best with two happy parents who love each other..but now very strange days beset us.

I've written enough for now.. but no doubt ill be back. This topic upsets me and i often feel I should write about it.

The balance of power is a thing that has to be 'set' this takes much time, if we look at the wage equality laws as a 'trigger' event, then it might take up to 50 years for it to be fully activated. But feminist are oblivious to the required amount of time to change the balance of power without wrecking society, and even worse, they keep manufacturing 'trigger events' even when the power was balanced in the 1980's. One such trigger event is the global media slant to feminist politics, like some sort of fascist propaganda campaign to turn in your relatives to win fabulous prizes, daily the male western psyche is bombarded with messages of how 'utterly useless and worthless their existence as a western male is and they should either become a puppy dog or kill themselves'.. useless: how futile their existence is as a western man, worthless: lacking value, and that their values are defunct currency, as women now control the 'thought stock exchange'.

They keep triggering events in our society, and the men are too weak to stand up and tell them 'no, too far!'. I would guess we have around 200 years of trigger events at this time, instead of the 50 years that was needed in the 1980s.

I have been thinking more and more about this ^

I want to add, by showing submission to your husband, he becomes much more sure, the children are in fact his, and not that you are cheating on him and getting him to raise the children who are not his.
If he tells you to cover up your cleavage in public and you do it, then he can feel you are not looking to cheat on him or even better that you are not cheating already. Building up that he has the final say in something, means he is more likely to listen to you when you say something contrary to the action he has chosen for you both as a couple. HE OWES you.. When a man sacrifices his finances for the good of the couple, it goes much deeper for him than the money, he is staking his reputation, his prestige, his intellect on that you won't cheat on him and so humiliate him, he is building up respect with you, that YOU OWE him back by submission, he submits first by giving up his own desires to fulfil yours financially, then you in return show him you are willing to cooperate with his desires by giving him charge of the social interactions you both have, this builds a platform of which you can both interact, don't worry, he knows well if you keep not agreeing with his decisions, he is throwing away the respect he build up with you, and he should start listening to you.

In modern society; it's function or better to say malfunction is quite different. Man is the beleaguered participant in a trial pet homing initiative that is marriage. He is to be slightly tolerated, never listened to, spoken to with disdain and exhaustion of trial, patronized, dismissed, infantized without the virtue of being considered cute, but instead tiresome.  

WHY would ANY man want to live like this??

None would, but since Feminism has brainwashed men, they don't know what women are doing to them is wrong.

It's crazy in western society right now, all men are afraid of looking women in the eye in the streets in case they call the police.. yes it's that crazy!
